Job Description
The prime responsibility of this role is to sell websites to sole traders and small businesses. Each telesales person will be expected to do the following:

• Telesales – Cold calling (100 calls upwards per day)
• Create new leads
• Follow up leads
• Update lead sheet in Excel
• Deal with emails/correspondence
• Work in target driven environment
• Keep accurate records of their work activity

Skill Requirements

• Experience in telesales is useful but not essential. It is more important that you believe in the product and that you can create rapport easily with a wide range of individuals
• I.T Savvy
• MS Office experience (esp. Excel)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Interest in Web Design (not essential)
• Able to deliver a sale from start to finish
• Well organized and able to prioritise effectively
• Very good communicator who can handle objections, explain ideas clearly and can gain commitment from interested customers
