Telesales / Lead Generation / Business Development

I am looking for someone to get on the phone and generate interest in our service and packages. You won't be making quick sales but rather to build interest, obtain email addresses and contact names for our database, find out tender dates, follow up by phone and email, make appointments and reply to emails and support tickets.

Minimum of 6 hours per week. You'll be provided with a VoIP phone which you need to plug into your router (or via an Ethernet extension). You'll have your own extension number and direct dial to give prospects a number for you to call back. You'll be updating databases, using a helpdesk application (access from your browser), and taking incoming calls to your VoIP handset. We are a small design and marketing studio with services such as Email Marketing, Web Design and Development, Branding, Web App Development, Copywriting, etc.

I am NOT looking for anyone outside of the UK, or a team/company. Only UK freelancers/individuals will be considered, who are chatty, friendly, professional with an approachable phone voice. We are looking to get someone started on a (paid) trial basis of one week, if the person is right for the job, regular hours per week will be offered. The job is remote, so location isn't important but must be in a quiet environment.

Hours will be set as follows

Tues 10am-12pm
Weds 1pm-3pm
Thurs 2pm-4pm

Additional hours will be arranged as and when required.
