Telesales for a Mobile Website Provider

Ongoing home-based telesales support required for a mobile website provider. Whilst our offices are based in Farnborough, we are looking to expand our telesales operation nationally. Successful applicants will be allocated a specific region (within which you will be the only telesales agent operating). Your allocated area will likely be local to you, but this may not necessarily be the case.

You will be provided with a regular stream of leads via our online web portal, which you will also use to provide feedback on each call. Our central management team will provide you with everything you need to focus on making calls.

You will be required to make calls at 2 stages of the sales process:


1. When the lead is cold - your aim here will be to highlight the advantages of having a dedicated mobile website. You will be provided with all of the information you’ll require to complete this part of the process. The aim at this stage is to confirm that there is sufficient interest in the product and to get the lead to request a demo. This request would then be sent on to our fulfilment team who will create the initial demo specifically for the lead in question. They will contact the lead again when the demo is ready.


2. If the lead proceeds to place an online order, you will not need to make a follow up call. Otherwise, you will be required to make a second call to get feedback from the lead. The aim of this call is to get the order, which you would place for them over the phone.

This is primarily a a small fixed fee plus commission based role, with a 50% commission paid for all sales (whether placed online or via the phone directly with you). There are currently two product levels, our starter package is £199 and our enhanced option is £299.

As a guide, we would expect you to be able to achieve a minimum of 5 sales a week.

This is a telesales role only, you will not be required to manage the lead once they have converted. This will be handled by our central management team.

Candidate Requirements:

Experienced in telesales. Previous experience of working in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills. You will be happy making between 60-100 calls per day; whatever it takes for call-backs and closing.

£1200 per week

Salary:

£50 per week
Weekly OTE: £600-£1000
50% uncapped commission
