Telesales/Appointment Setting

We’re looking for someone with relevant telesales experience to provide ongoing support. The rate is £9 per hour and initially the need is for approx 20 hours per month, more dependent on the candidate. The role includes:

• Making outbound sales calls to prospect customers
• Appointment setting
• Capture feedback from calls made in our CRM platform (Salesforce)
• Schedule follow-up calls
