Telesales

A telesales person, fluent in English with a professional attitude, is required for the following duties:
1. Cold calling companies to find out if they need accommodation for their employees who might be travelling regularly. We will provide you with a list of businesses or point you to the businesses you should call.
2. Cold calling non-business people to find out if they have any plans for a holiday.
3. Take their desired travelling dates, maximum budget, type of rooms, hotel standards, hotel locations. We will give you prices and lists of hotels that match your customers’ requirements.
4. Taking all guests’ full names, nationalities, and emails, and their selected hotels for bookings.

You'll be paid:
• £5 for every booking up to a value of £150; or,
• 3% of the total amount for bookings whose value is greater than £150.
For example, if you can take 3 bookings for 1 night in London which costs £50 per night, you will be paid £15. If you take 3 bookings for £500 each, you will be paid £45. You'll be paid immediately after a customer has checked-in to his or her hotel.

You can work from home and will be provided with a phone account (subscriptions paid by us), and a dedicated number. You will need a headset, internet access, and a quiet room where you can work.
