Telesales

A telesales person is required to generate sponsorships for business.

This is a new venture so originally this will be for 2 weeks but if it takes off then it will be a permanent post.

The role is target driven, with daily targets and I require a dedicated sales professional who is able to generate sales and work using their own initiative, although you will get guidance.

The manner in which you would like to approach this is completely up to yourself as it does not matter whether you wish to split your time doing field sales and telesales or just telesales, ultimately it’s whatever is most comfortable for you.

Any sales after made after the daily targets will be 30% commission.

The person spec:
Must have at least 2years experience in a sales driven role
Must have a track record of meeting previous KPIs
Must have the ability to speak clearly over the phone
Must be able to work using own initiative
Must have basic IT knowledge

Preferable:
Worked in a similar role previously
