Telemarketing / Lead Generation for 4 weeks

To make calls remotely between 9:00-3:30pm each day for a week (Monday to Friday) for 4 weeks, contacting our customer base & inviting them to purchase consumables, repairs, printers or support and/or pushing various promotions.

To send a follow up email to all contacts spoken with - and to forward all leads or orders to us for processing and closing. Aim: 60-80 calls per day. To update
the database spreadsheet showing calls made and highlighting any amendments or additions to data as well as provide outcome/results of calls, including where callbacks are to be made.
