Telemarketing - Commission based pay

Hi,

I'm exploring different ways of obtaining new accountancy clients for my business. i prefere to pay based on on results so would like to have somebody arrange appointments for me and for each client that signs up i am happy to pay the introducer 50% of annual fees quoted so if i quote the client £3000 per annum your commission will be £1,500.
