Telemarketing / Cold Calling

I currently have the requirement for 1-2 experienced telemarketing / cold calling professionals to assist in new business development campaigns. The role will involve speaking with clients to establish their recruitment growth requirements, detailing requirements where appropriate, and exchanging terms of business. You will also need to follow-up with interested clients via email.

Contacts are not truly “cold”. The majority of individuals have been spoken with before and are aware of our business and expertise in our market place.
Dependent on success, this could form part of an on-going telemarketing arrangement as part of a broad telemarketing drive. For any future campaigns, a voice-over-internet telephone can be provided (all call charges covered) for which you will need to have a broadband internet connection.
For future assignments/an ongoing arrangement, an attractive bonus / commission scheme is on offer commensurate with a mutually agreeable future rate. We can also provide access to high quality online training courses and manuals free of charge.

Initially I would propose testing your telemarketing experience on a 100 person UK-based call campaign. Therefore, please provide a fixed price on determining the recruitment requirements of 100 contacts, including call backs/follow-ups.
