Zoho CRM Mail Template corrected

General information for the website: I need an email template created for Zoho CRM
Description of requirements/features: 1) I have a desired template which is attached.
2) I've created (to the best of my ability a similar template), you can see It here: https://www.realvirtual.com.mx/docs/rvtimbrado-inicial.html
3) When I import the file to Zoho it is converted an loses design/function.

Mostly the background is what it lost.

I attach the original html file and the zoho crm transformed file (it changes once it is saved in zoho CRM).

I want the template modified to fit zoho crm specs.
