X 4 Flash Banners

I'm looking for a Flash developer, preferably in the London area (but restricted to) for some urgent work tomorrow. There will be x4 banners, all with original vector artwork and a mocked up gif of how we would like it to work.

We would need you to start urgently and to to turn around the first banner by end of play tomorrow (with amends).
