1. All the buttons on the order form page, and shopping cart page should be the same. they are all a little different. can you make sure these are all the same.



2. On the order form page in the right column, can you put the tax underneath the sub total? Keep it the same way it is on the shopping cart page but change it on the order form pages



3. Is it possible on the order form pages to be able to write it whatever i want in the LxWxH column? Meaning, some stuff only has a length and a width, or some stuff goes by weight. can it be a field that i just fill out and write what it is, instead of it having to be Length, Width, and Height?



4. THe purchase button on the bottom should be on the right side of that column, instead of the left, and should say Place Order instead



5. Add 10px of space above the enter email address and shipping information. Add 5 more px above and 5 more px below the continue shopping button, so there is more room.



6. I want to put text above the shopping cart widget in the right column on both the order form and the additional supplies page. how can i do this?
