WordPress Website Speed Optimization for Mobile and Desktop

Hey, I want someone who can increase the site speed for me and completely remove LCP, CLS, and unused CSS from my site pages. Also, who can optimize database queries? Our main issue is with the mobile speed, the speed is 45~. And the page speed insight score of the laptop is 92 but I want you to increase it a bit more. I already have the LiteSpeed cache plugin and w3 total cache plugin enabled. We want you to optimize the entire website including the Homepage, Posts, and Pages. We want most of the work to be done manually. Also, we don't want any changes to the existing layout of the website. Please check and let me know whether you can fix this or not.
