Wordpress Website Needed

Im looking for somebody to take a single page design and turn it into a Wordpress website.

There is a navigation at the top but this navigation jumps to various sections of the website and not separate pages.

Each element on the website will need to be fully editable from the back (including the logo in the top left) end and if I wish to add more content in any of the sections the design needs to expand and not cut off.

I don’t want my wordpress site to use any plugins.

The character that is above the enquiry button in the top section needs to be replaced with the other character with the glasses on.

The domain will be www.conversionbod.co.uk so the logo will need changing to reflect this. It currently says Conversion Bods but will now only be conversion bod.

I would also like a blog in the same branding as the design but laid out similar to the blog examples linked to here.

Each blog post also needs a back button as a way to get back to the main blog index.

Clicking Enquire in the top navigation will take them to the enquire section at the bottom of the page.

Each of the enquiry buttons in the pricing section needs to have editable text and an individual class (so I can track)

The form will then pop up on screen and not go onto a new page. The form will need to follow the same branding but be very simple and will need to go to one email address. Form sending functionality needs to be included.

The form must have a title that dynamically changes depending on which enquiry button is clicked. It also needs to display corresponding text underneath the title that dynamically changes depending on what enquiry button is clicked.

There will only need to be 3 fields:

Full Name
Email Address
Website

The Titles and descriptions that need to change in the forms will be supplied upon appointment. The title and descriptions all need to be editable to so they can be changed.

The site needs to be fully mobile responsive to the most standardised break points.

I'm looking to get this moving straight away and am very specific on what I am looking for.
