Wordpress & Ultimate Member Help

I required help with 2 tasks on our website. See info below:

- Shortlist page is using Shortlist plugin is called UM - Shortlist Members
Will require the email function to work so that when clicking on EMAIL TO FRIENDS it will send without emailing with user email address.
- Button names to be changed to: EMAIL USERS, EMAIL CLIENTS, EMAIL ADMIN
- Change email from field from Wordpress, to our company name
- UM MODEL BACKEND FORM - delete the 3 fields shown in screen shot as not required.

PS: Please quote for the TOTAL of the 2 tasks. If your quote is a deposit, or a 'fee' to get started or any other hidden charge - do not apply and waste my time. I am only looking for an all inclusive quite for the above 2 tasks.

You must have WP and UM experience and know what you are doing. I am not looking to have my site messed up. Thanks.
