I am in the process of setting up a classifieds website and need help with quite a few things.

Design and change logo, add a new locality field on the submit ad page with selectable suburbs so viewers can see where the item is.

Set up a payment method (paypal) so when the advertiser posts a new advertisement they will have to pay when advertising for certain categories.

Setting up advertising plans(mostly free but some such as cars for sale, real estate would require a payment).

I don't expect a fixed price but an hourly rate with a rough idea of what it would cost maybe the best way to go.
