We require a PHP developer who is familiar with wordpress integrate our SMS provider's API into one of our wordpress websites, and show us how it needs to be done for future websites.

We can integrate okay for a simple index.html > thankyou.php setup (capture mobile number on page 1, send SMS on page 2), but we are having difficulties making this work inside wordpress.
A form needs to capture mobile number on a wordpress page, and using the SMS API code, send an SMS to that mobile number.
