[Wordpress] Simple ACF implementation + Custom WP admin

Make jobs/vacancies easy to manage in a current Wordpress website: a single CPT + ACF entry that’s automatically shown in multiple places on the front-end. Also simplify WP admin for a non-technical client.

1. CPT “Vacancies” with ACF fields:
- Title, Short intro, Full text, Featured image
- 2–3 simple highlights (plain text)

Front-end (automatic):
- Job detailpage
- Vacancies overview/listing page
- Shortcode/widget to show latest X vacancies (overview) if possible

Admin cleanup

- A custom role that only sees Pages, Vacancies, Media
- Hide Plugins/Appearance/Settings for that role
- Clean dashboard (remove clutter)
- Nice to have: light WP-admin branding (logo/colors).

Deliverables
- Works with Elementor (no theme rewrite)
- Clean implementation (functions or a small helper plugin)
- One round of minor fixes

We don't need:
- No migrations, no external job APIs/boards, no advanced filters or categories beyond the basics.
