Wordpress Programmer With Internet Marketing Experience

Hello,

We have a website that was redeveloped in Wordpress from an original site written in PHP/MySQL.

We are getting relatively constant traffic but not many visitors are leaving their contact details. We think that the reason is that they don't know what they will get.

We would like to change the look and feel of the home page and also the product information page. We want to increase the opt-in rate in order to monetise the site later on. We have some ideas about redesigning the home page offering. First and foremost, we want to offer the visitor an immediate customised nutritional report based upon the data that used to be collected in the left-hand sidebar on the old website in exchange for their email address.

We are looking a developer who can help us with Wordpress but more importantly somebody who appreciates internet marketing techniques. This is essential as we could really use some good advice in this area.
