Wordpress layout help for my blog!

Hi,

I'd really appreciate some help with my Wordpress blog layout and menus and was wondering if someone could quote me a rough price as I'm on a restricted but negotiable budget.

I'm using the theme Didi, and have been struggling with it. I've been finding Wordpress in general confusing with pages and widgets etc. I'm unsure if the theme can be changed to the way I want it or wether the theme needs to be changed altogether.

I want a layout that:

- Is easy to navigate and looks aesthetically pleasing on a mobile device
- Allows me to put that banner style photo at the top. (I felt like this desire has limited my theme choice)
- Has blog posts in order of newest to oldest (I've got it on a static page at the moment so it's not allowing this, but I'm too scared to change it back again as the other way wasn't the way I wanted it either). This is annoying me at the moment as new blog posts are lost, and I can't even link them in the menu drop down since I changed to the static page. It's all a bit of a mess.
- Displays blog posts on the main page with 1 large photo, the title and maybe the first sentence or so of the post.
- Has a few menus. Lifestyle, Food, Travel, Fashion + Beauty, About me, Contact
- Has links to my Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo & email.
- Potentially has a photo gallery under the main banner that 'slide shows' photos of my choosing.
- I don't like the pink accent colour either but I think I'm limited in the options
