Wordpress job for three pages + search

the header bar on website is very slow and clunky and so we are looking to convert all of our subsequent menu items into three new pages

i have made the following pages, and have done so using List Category plugin, but want this in columns, without bullet points, https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/list-custom-taxonomy-widget/

looks horrid, want to do the same for 2 more taxonomies, but for there to be no bullet points, it use our house style font, there to be letters to separate each section

alongside (As our search bar is hardcode) to just be a search icon that opens (this is ajax search pro) we just dont want it to be hardcode bar anymore

and to remove the strange movement that occurs when the website loads up for the top header bar

id prefer this to be done via anydesk with me now

i believe this is because of the amount of items in the top menu bar

both are taxonomy options
