WordPress front end form to work with custom fields

We have a custom post template that uses the Magic Fields plugin for a product post. We would like visitors to the website to be able to add a product and review to the website by completing a form which would then go to the admin in the back of wordpress to be moderated then published to the website to be listed amongst the other products. We can style the form so no design is needed. All form info will be provided along with access to the WordPress ftp and database.
