Wordpress expert required!

I'm changing my URL and getting 301 redirects set up. Therefore I need to do some admin to my Wordpress files before I copy and paste my files from one hosting platform to another.

I need to do what is listed on this page under the heading 'Moving WordPress Within Your Site'

This is too technical for me to understand and I don't want to mess it up so I need someone to do this for me. Obviously I will give you my Wordpress details for you to do this so you must be trustworthy.

I need this doing ASAP so if you can start today/tomorrow that would be ideal.

I don't think it's a big job (30 minutes max?) but it just requires someone who is confident that they can do this correctly.
