Converting the website into Wordpress and making it all editable, creating the blog and making it easily updatable, making the last three blog updates appear in the bottom navigation, making it easy to add a new website to the portfolio page which will appear in the top left, and also will appear at the top of the bottom navigation list while removing the bottom one.

Making the contact form work, making the promotional message in the second navigation bar manually changable for promotional messages where the link and text can both be set by me, making it so I can add new services or change current ones, making it easy to add new testimonials and rearrange the order (including what side the image is on) so it's possible to put the best ones to the top.

Can all the links to recent websites and twitter/facebook in the bottom be nofollow links, everything else is fine to be a regular link. The newsletter sign-up box works through another website and doesn't need editing.
