Wordpress developer required

I need someone to develop a 2 page marketing website.

To do:
- Create a page for optin and email subsciption (adding image/s and Subscribe Now button)
- Add image/s where required on optin page
- Configure the Subscribe Now button on the optin page with a url. This button will take a new newly subscribed person to sales page after after button is invoked.
- I need to see a mockup of the design and once I'm happy I'll allow the successful applicant to proceed to develop the site on wordpress.

Please Note:
Nothing is required to be done for the second page (sales page)
This project is required to be completed within 24 hours if you are not ready to do this please don't waste my time by accepting the project and then sit on it to be completed when it suits. If you cannot complete within 24 hours do not apply.
