Wordpress customization job

I want to set up News Alerts on a website project for my client
- This is an email service containing links to recent relevant posts / pages for registered users and members. We were planning to use this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe2
- Users can opt in and out of a daily, weekly or monthly email containing links to the articles back on the blog.
- Campaign Monitor subscriber list needs to be kept in sync with our user data therefore all subscribe/unsubscribe requests should be done through the \'my account\' area of the site with the Campaign Monitor api or Wordpress Plugin.
- Full members can also subscribe to \'areas of interest\' by ticking a checkbox which will correspond to wordpress categories. This would update their record in Campaign Monitor so that they can be segmented by group
- Users manage their news alert settings in the \'my account\' area

I have a strict deadline for this job of 18th Jan. It need to be finished by then.
