Wordpress CSS and Shopping Cart

I currently have a site and want to change the styling on a page.

what i want to fix is the layout of the payment info on the shopping cart page. right now its very jumbled, but i want to make it look similar to the styles of this page http://wp.westsidemovers.com/free-estimate/estimate-form/

meaning, two columns using the grey boxes and same font sizes.


The second thing is....

on every page, there is a shopping cart widget on the right side. I want it so the shopping cart only appears on the right side on the order form page and additional supplies page which is here http://wp.westsidemovers.com/additional-supplies-2/
