Wordpress Client Download Area

On my wordpress site I would like to create a user area which after they have logged in they could upload to specific folder and only download from other folders. The folders need to be setup by the wordpress administrator.

Ideally it would be a Wordpress plugin that links in to the existing user base i.e allowing me to enter users upload / download folder in the users section of Wordpress but if you know of individual existing plugins or an existing script I would be prepared to look at the solution as long as it meets the above goal.

Other requirements:

When the user accesses the download page if not logged in it redirects to the login page.

File storage needs to be secure.
