Word Press Web site jobs

I have a list of jobs I would like doing for my word press web site.
Design work
1)Social media buttons need to be moved from the bottom to the top of the page and a google+ button needs to be added. The buttons could look better?
2)Tidy up the social media buttons on our blog , I have used Digg Digg plugin but it doesn't look right.
3)Rotating testimonial banner added to the front page.
4)On our dates/book now page I would like a rotating banner of the location photos.
5)The top tool bar on all the pages could do with a redesign and look better.
6)General ideas on site look improvement.

Improve speed and page load. Sort out the flow to the pages in terms of H1 > H2 > H3, headings, or indeed their ordering, and a lot of images are missing some 'alt' attributes.
Change the title settings of any kind cufon fonts OR image looks fonts and use simple H1 atgs for all the pages and posts as well'' because user can not select the title for any posts OR pages.
I think the site has been well optomised already.
