Woocommerce Product vars showing when 'Enable' field unchecked

...Tried 'Hide products with no stock' option but that didnt have an effect. Also had a look through the functions.php file and while I cant seem to retrieve the status for the 'Enable' checkbox, I can retrieve the stock level ($regular_stock) - possibility to hardcode a function so if stock = 0 then hide the individual variation
...Set for the Dark Chocolate and Orange Brownie (mini slice) but its still showing in the single variation selector
