WooCommerce Email Confirmation Design and Implementation

I run jewellery workshop where I run jewellery classes. Students book a variety of courses through our website, usually term time classes and weekend day classes. Its WordPress with WooCommerce. My order emails are terrible and need a better design and for them to be set up so when students book courses through us, their thank you email is more welcoming and gives a bit of excitement for the upcoming course.

I have a logo and loads of workshop images and some Shutterstock images which can be used, but I haven't a clue what I am doing, and at present they don't look great when someone gets an email confirmation from us.

Is this something you can help me with?
