WooCommerce Category Cleanup

Description of requirements/features: I have a Woocommerce site that I need the categories cleaned up.

The work involves

1. Sorting out Parent - child child categories (a plugin can help here)
2. Making sure every product is in the right category (database import put many into a flat layout) to match current site which it is replacing.

I need this work done today and Monday as there are a lot of categories and products and if someone has some export / import expertise with CSVs that can make this easier it will make the task a lot faster.
