    Description

    Experience Level: Expert
Looking for women freelancers with children (UK based) to speak with a Professor at Newcastle University, to discuss: their lived experiences of juggling platform gig working with childcare and/or homeschooling during covid lockdown (2020/21). Participants should be 18 years of age or older, have young children (pre-school or school age), have regularly used online work platforms since March 2020, and be based in the UK. Especially keen to engage with women who started using platforms during lockdown.
Participants will receive £27 for giving one hour of their time and supplying two digital photos of their homeworking / homeschooling space. Payment will be made directly through PPH’s payment system. All interviews will be audio recorded and transcribed, with participants' identities anonymised in all project outputs. Happy to provide more detail on the project as required.
