I currently have my website on Wix which i created. I now need to create the mobile version in Wix editor however I don't have the time and need someone with experience and creativity.
I DO NOT simply want a mobile site where everything looks oversized with endless scrolling down. I want things scaled down and the design changed in the editor so it looks neat, modern and innovative. Anyone that sends some design screenshots with my site will be given priority so i can see your effort and skills.

with Wix, you're unable to change anything thats there. You can change sizing, remove items and move things around but you can't add anything that isn't on the desktop version.
The budget is quite low, are you able to increase it or accept a proposal based on hours spent rather than a whole job?
