Wix expert to build color mixing/selection tool

Looking for an expert on Wix to initially build a responsive color mixing/selection tool. There would need to be a large number of colors and variants within each color category to choose from. Innovative ideas on layout and performance would be great.

Following successful completion of work, there will be various other jobs to complete on the website to get it to a standard ready for publishing.
