Wire framing and UX testing for a complex website and mobile apps

We need a person/team who can develop fully functional wireframes for (1) a web client, (2) iPad and iPhone app, and a (3) Microsoft Windows 8 app, of our website concept so that we can show its capabilities to investors.

The wireframes will have 3D objects and circular rotating navigation buttons, so the successful person/team will need to know how to develop a wireframe that includes the use of 'irregular' shapes and functions.

The wireframes must be able to go live as if it were a real website and app for consumer testing purposes.

1. Please state in your proposal what wireframing system/software you will be using.

2. Please provide examples of wireframes you have developed and your qualifications/experience

3. Please note the timeframe from start to test to finish is 4 weeks and that we reserve the right to ask for unlimited changes if the wireframes do not meet our brief.

4. You will be required to handover to us all files and codes you develop for the project.

5. Please note you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement before further information can be provided to you.
