We need the following task done:
• Review the WHMCS current configuration and setup, plus identify areas that can be improved for efficiency
Ensure WHM & cPanel is correctly linked to our WHMCS and NS are properly linked
o At the moment we have somehow locked ourselves out of WHM
Add our webhosting products in WHMCS with description and pricing structure, which is initially for free for 3 months, and then a range of price options after the free period ends
Our webhosting products need to have individual cPanels
• Add Domain Registrar and Payment Gateway via WHMCS Marketplace and then activate them on WHMCS.
