I am looking for a WhatsApp API integration for ERPNext and PrestaShop.
We do not have a plugin yet, so if you know a free and easy-to-install solution, that would be ideal.
Both ERPNext (v16) and PrestaShop 9.0.2 are running on our own VPS server.
To clarify our goal:
we want a WhatsApp chat button on the website (bottom-right corner). When a visitor sends a WhatsApp message, we want to receive and manage that conversation inside the ERPNext v16 backend, as described here:

Hi Vyeyendra, quick checks so I can propose accurately:
1. Do you already have WhatsApp Business API/Cloud API approved + a number, or should setup be included?
2. Prefer official Cloud API or a provider (Twilio/360dialog)?
3. Is it CRM conversations only, or also PrestaShop events (orders/customers) into ERPNext?
4. Is €15 a placeholder, and are you open to a phased fixed-price (audit → setup → integration → testing)?
