Website with paid subscription and membership services

I need a template system built around a design I have done that will be fully editable for myself to add to, needs to have a membership system and a connection to ccbilling as website needs a paid subscription service, certain pages only accessible for paid members only.

I will provide all the designs for the layout of the website, website will contain very large HD image and video files.

Time is an issue, so need a very fast turnaround on this.
