Website with heavy YouTube integration

We require an experienced YouTube integration expert to work on building a website which will contain only a few pages of information and a sign up form with part of the form being an audition video upload facility. The video will be uploaded by the client who is signing up but the video will be posted on the websites own YouTube channel (not the clients account if they have one). The video will only be visible on YouTube and the client will receive details of the videos location which they will promote themselves via social media.

Graphics will be supplied for the entire project in the format that is most preferred so we are only looking for a developer with development skills highlighted above to build the website (embedding graphics) and the YouTube API Integration.
