Website uploading

I have said remote but not too sure... I have recently purchased a "ready made" website on a cd rom which includes an indexhtml page and a thankyou for your order page which is also html.. I have not been able to edit thanks page and I also need to integrate a paypal order form. i have no prior experience in these matters. I have managed to upload the index page but when i click on the order link it just takes me back to the top of the page.. besides i dont have an order form yet. what i need is for the customer to place an order and then i recieve payment into my paypal account with customer info so i can ship product to them!
