Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hi,
Thank you for looking at my project. For a whole variety of reasons I am ONLY wanting responses from United Kingdom based service providers. If you are based outside the UK please DON'T respond to this project as you will simply be wasting your time.
We already have a recently updated website: www.imperialclaims.uk
We want to review the customer journey and thus establish if we need to change our website, that is upgrade the existing, or whether we need to start again.
Currently, whilst we mention we assist the following different types of clients:
homeowners, landlords, commercial and industrial insurance claims
We have chosen not to have a different path for each different client.
We want to obtain input ONLY at this stage for this review before we decide on our next steps. Therefore, if you are a website developer, your expertise for this review would be helpful.
The different types of clients that we wish our website to appeal to are:
homeowners, landlords, commercial, industrial, public sector and charities.
In your considered opinion should each client have their own separate journey path through our website or is the current website acceptable (perhaps with some additional photos and articles for the different client groups) because the current website comes from a place that a fire is a fire regardless of which client it is and ultimately, even if we did separate the journey paths, the information for each client is going to be very nearly the same - and does this therefore become a SEO penalty issue?
This is a critical review for us and therefore we are seeking the opinion from serious professional experts and willing to pay for this.
I thank you in advance for your assistance and look forward to hearing from you.
