Website Retrieval and Update

Description of every page/module: I designed my website using wordpress Canvas theme. My website url is http://www.classresolutions.co.uk/ Below are the list of things I need done:-

1. Help to retrieve and backup website content and related technical issues. I have done this following tedious instructions, it would be good to know and learn a better way if any.

2. change a few things in my header to include contact (email and phone number) details on the top right hand side of the header. To move the social media icons from the header to the main body of the website.

3. Did not use the Business theme and would like to know if there are benefits in doing so and whether it can be activated now.

4. content lost on Resource page, Page with my profile (pdf attachment gone) and my blog posts are a bit disorganised at the moment. The Resource page had articles with attachments and links. I would like the presentation to look more professional. Please see http://www.berkeleysquaremediation.co.uk/ website Library page to see an example of what I would like but in a completely different design and format - a bit of creativity would be appreciated.

5. Tweak the home page a bit. Would re-write content and insert photo later.

6. If this can be done remotely, fine, but I would like to be available to understand what to do especially backup etc. Alternatively, it would be good to have someone come on site.

7. Move Our Terms into the Resources page

8. Move Mediation Process and Why Mediate [new page] as clickable icons on the right hand side of the page.

9. Enhancing the information that comes up with google search for website.[will be explained to the person]
