Website Required for new small business venture.

Hello, And thank you for taking some time to look at my advert.

I require a pretty simple website for a small business idea which i would like to complete, Once up and running the website will be static but will require small bits of maintenance by myself.

I\'m going to try and explain what i want, but please note i am not web design literate.

The website is a site which shows all the local deals which are contained in each city throughout the UK and will generate its revenue via affiliate links and gather its content via data feeds.

The opening page will consist of a pop up box asking you for your email address, The location which you wish to sign up for and also the advantages to using my service. Once signed up, Users will be notified daily about which deals are available in their city via the email address provided.

Once logged in users will be directed to the main homepage which will consist of a flash graphic showing various past deals and a little bit more about the service as well as a logo.

On the homepage their will be 4 other pages which users can go to (about us/how it works, choose your city,a simple Blog page and a contact us page), Very simple to be honest. (All text to be inserted will be provided by myself).

About us/how it works page- This page speaks for its self, it will simply contain text about the service and what we offer.

Choose your city- This link when clicked on will bring up a drop down box which will show a list of every Major city in the UK (once again supplied by myself) and users will be able to click on their city and see the local deals which will be available to them.

Blog Page- Simple blog page where i can post news and updates about the site, such as new company\'s which we feature, the best deals available etc etc, A user comment box would be nice as well to gather some real feedback from my service.

Contact us page - Simple

The website should be operated using data feeds from the affiliate company\'s and content on each city\'s page will change automatically.

The emails to the users should operate on (to my knowledge) a subscription feed which will automatically email users details of the deals available in their city on a morning daily basis.

I would like the website development to be stated straight away and be finished as soon as possible, Also i would like some SEO, Marketing etc to be included in the deal.
