Website QA, UX Testing, Light Stress & Security Audit

We are launching the alpha version of our MVP for private postnatal care in the UK. We need a skilled QA tester with a basic understanding of security best practices to test usability, reliability, and basic security hygiene of our no-code website.

Scope of Work:
1. Functional QA Testing
Test entire booking journey: homepage → form → confirmation

Validate form inputs, date selectors, required fields

Test edge cases (invalid entries, double bookings, etc.)

Confirm backend saves/handles booking data properly
2. Device & Browser Compatibility
Mobile: Android (Chrome), iPhone (Safari)

Desktop: Chrome or Firefox

Check responsiveness, UI alignment, button tap areas

3. UX/Usability Feedback
Is the value proposition clear to a first-time mum?

Is the booking process intuitive and stress-free?

Are confirmation and error messages helpful?

4. Basic Load/Stress Testing
Simulate 10–25 users submitting forms or browsing at the same time (use Loader.io, k6, etc.)

Measure page load speeds and reliability

Report any failures, delays, or rate limits triggered

5. Security Hygiene Check (Light Audit)
Ensure HTTPS is enforced site-wide, no mixed content

Open browser DevTools (Network tab):

Are any APIs or booking endpoints publicly visible or guessable?

Are personal data, tokens, or secrets exposed in frontend code or requests?

Try booking submissions and see if sensitive data appears in URL (should use POST)

Check for open admin dashboards or unsecured panels

Test if forms are rate-limited or can be spammed (no CAPTCHA = risk)

Confirm if Privacy Policy, Cookie Consent, and Terms are live and visible

6. Deliverables
PDF or Google Doc report that includes:

QA test results with steps and screenshots

UX suggestions for improvement

Load test summary (including tools used)

Security issues or warnings (rated by risk level)

Actionable recommendations
