I have a food blog and there are two areas where I would like to make improvements to it.

1) There are problems with the load times. I have been advised on a number of things that can be done to reduce the load times.

2) I also want to revamp the look of the blog and make it look sleeker and a few ideas about what I want done.

Please take a look and run some tools on it and let me know what you think can be done to improve the load times and how much you think this will cost.

Also, please let me know what revamp improvements can be made and also how much this will cost.
