Website on free platform (Googlesites) with mobile rendering, java, product menu

General information for the website: We provide veterinary services ... most of of our services are provided at pet owner's houses. Website needs to describe company, have product menu, have a hiring page for prospective veterinarians.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: Simple, only a few pages
Description of every page/module: The aesthetics needs to be MODERN, minimalist. Clear and efficient.
Description of requirements/features: Needs to be free of subscription costs - Google sites classic maybe (I can provide account data). Needs to also render well on mobile devices, and some java functionality.
CMS and Admin requirements: Will be linked to our domain hosted by Google domains.
Specific technologies required: Google Sites
Extra notes: Part of the job is to narrow down, and edit the text of the product descriptions, etc. You can use competitors' websites to get inspiration (I'll provide those sites).
