Website Modifications Needed

Im gonna get straight to the point. We hired a developer to do some modifications to our website and bailed out due to personal reasons and left some issues unfixed. Our site is an online marketplace providing music producers the opportunity to sell their music production auction style. We are the Ebay for musicians.

The way the site works you post a beat(music) the buyer bids, once the auction ends with a winner the buyer pays and the system automatically sends the buyer an email and a downloadable link to download the music. The is setup using a third party software called phpprobid( phpprobid.com). The site was modified to our liking. The issue we're having is during the last developer making adjustments we got an error. When you're setting up an auction, theres a field under settings called "beat uploader". Under this field originally there were 2 fields the first was for video uploading and the second was for mp3 uploading. We requested that he remove the video field because our site only deals with music. We believe he deleted the wrong field by mistake and now when you upload mp3s and view the auction where the music player should be theres an error. I think he bailed on us because he made a mistake.

What we need is this error fixed so that users can upload their music, a music player redesign and a few easy adjustment(mostly wording) and thats it. We are looking for a long term relationship(partners) and for reliable people we can trust. I will attach screenshots of the areas im talking about and a sample of the music player design we original had but somehow is missing. We also need a php loading screen script implement while the music is being uploaded that states "Please wait while we upload your beatz"
