Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a coder to take our existing psd designs and convert them to something functional so I can show a client how the site navigation will work. It does not need to be responsive or have any php or database involvement. This is a purely superficial front-end job for demonstration purposes only. I will seek separate coders for the full site functionality.
