Website improvements

Hi,
I need assistance with my website www.5ra.uk which has been built with Divi.

Current issues:

I have listed the following issues that I would like to be dealt with currently:

1. SSL certificate- I have bought a SSL certificate and have downloaded Real Simple SSL plugin to help get the padlock back but needs a bit of configuration to fix the security issue
2. On the “Services” page the pricing table is not always centred is there a way to solve this
3. Cookie consent widget to be added like Telfords accountants see - https://telfordsaccountants.com/
4. Footer needs to be designed for the website again similar to Telfords accountants
5. Need the contact us form with a recaptcha button for humans
6. All being SEO optimized

-please let me know how long you believe the above will take?

Further Improvements

-Going forward I would also want landing pages for Blogs where people would need to leave an email to be able to download or be emailed an ebook or other content. Would I need something like wpforms/Ninjaforms for this (or any other plugin you recommend).

Also, to capture emails would you need me to have mailchimp set up?

What do you need from me?

What do you need to start, login details, pay for ninja forms (or equivalent) anything else?

Do you have any other improvement suggestions?
